Information you provide
The appointment request form is supplied by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Details you submit are sent through that service to Phoenix Appliance Services to handle your repair inquiry. Include only information needed to discuss and arrange the repair.
Third-party content
The booking page loads the existing LeadConnector form. The reviews page loads the existing GoHighLevel review widget. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when they load. Google review links open Google, which has its own privacy practices.
